The great care taken in the barrel ageing cellar, an innovative approach and an ultimate quest for excellence have given birth to a very special collection that we are pleased to present in this exclusive case. La Collection Remarquable is a union of the very best in two age-old and interconnected arts. For six vintages of Château Lagrange, we are able to offer the singular experience of an ageing in exceptional barrels, made of remarkable three-hundred-year-old oaks. These truly unique barrels bear the name of the original tree, witness to three centuries of history.
COLLECTION PARCELLAIRE
La Collection Parcellaire (The Single Plot Collection) is offered in an exclusive limited edition of which only 250 individually numbered cases have been produced. This unique presentation is made up of six bottles: Château Lagrange 2016, Château Lagrange 2019, and Château Lagrange 2020, and three bottles of our cuvée “Les Hauts Bois” in the same vintages. The décor of the case represents the cartography.
Each one proposes a version of Cabernet Sauvignon, with the blended Château Lagrange Grand Vin accompanied, in counterpoint, by a bottle of the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon single plot selection “Les Hauts Bois”, in the same vintage. These illustrate the skilful work of creating balance in the blend and the majestic expression of our Cabernet Sauvignon.
