The ambitious project at Chateau Lagrange
In 2021, in total accordance with their constant vision expressed over the past 40 years (i.e. the perpetual quest for excellence) and in an aim to preserve their extraordinary heritage, Château Lagrange embarked on an ambitious 3-year project to renovate and modernize all the buildings.
The 14 private rooms, available to wine professionals and groups of wine lovers alike, have been completely renovated and modernized in a warm, contemporary style.
The two tasting rooms have also been totally refurbished. The public reception area now exudes an air of elegance, simplicity and serenity, welcoming customers and visitors to Château Lagrange for a tasting of the domaine’s wines in pleasant modern surroundings.
The staff offices have been moved to the old cellar building. They are now at the very heart of the property and a complete reconstruction has resulted in beautiful, bright, functional offices. Thus, business clients and partners can be received in the best possible conditions.
As part of the permanent plan to improve the employees’ well-being, the previous office building has been transformed into a common Living and Dining Space to be shared by all the estate’s departments.
All the facades have also been restored. The château and its tower have regained their original beauty. The château’s bedrooms began their refurbishment last year and will be finished before the end of 2023.
The next steps in this plan will include re-designing the park, along with its roads and lanes, the creation of an extra building for the Viticultural Centre and the renovation of the vinification room.
